1. คำเตือนและความปลอดภัย

- ตัดแหล่งจ่ายไฟก่อนทำการเชื่อมต่อหรือถอดสายไฟออกจากขั้วต่อเสมอ
- ผู้ผลิตจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายหากใช้งานไม่ถูกต้องตามวัตถุประสงค์
- ต้องติดตั้งเซอร์กิตเบรกเกอร์ (Circuit Breaker) ภายนอกในจุดที่เข้าถึงได้ง่าย
- ทำความสะอาดด้วยผ้าแห้งเท่านั้น ห้ามใช้สารขัดถู สารละลาย หรือน้ำยาทำความสะอาดที่เป็นของเหลว

3. คำอธิบายสัญญาณไฟ LED
- LED ON (สีเขียว) มีไฟเข้าเครื่องชาร์จ
- LED CHG (สีเหลือง) กำลังชาร์จ (กระแสชาร์จสูงกว่า 30% ของค่าที่ตั้งไว้)
- LED ALA (สีแดง) แจ้งเตือนสถานะผิดปกติ (เช่น ภาระเกิน หรือ ลัดวงจร)

5. การเชื่อมต่อ
- รักษาระยะห่างระหว่างเครื่องชาร์จกับแบตเตอรี่ให้สั้นที่สุด
- ใช้สายไฟขนาดที่เหมาะสมเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาแรงดันตก (Voltage drop)
- ต่อขั้วแบตเตอรี่เข้ากับเครื่องชาร์จโดยตรง (ไม่ผ่านอุปกรณ์อื่น)
- ตรวจสอบว่าไฟ LED REV ไม่ติด ก่อนที่จะเริ่มจ่ายไฟเข้าเครื่องชาร์จ
- ควรติดตั้งฟิวส์ที่ขั้วขาออก (Output) ของเครื่องชาร์จแบตเตอรี่

1. Warnings & Safety
- Read the manual carefully before installation or use.
- Must be installed by qualified personnel according to current standards.
- Disconnect the power supply before connecting or disconnecting through the charger terminal block.
- The manufacturer is not responsible for electrical safety in case of improper use.
- An easily accessible circuit breaker must be included outside of the device.
- Exclusively intended for installation in areas accessible only to service personnel.
- Clean with a soft dry cloth; do not use abrasives or solvents.
2. Introduction & Features
- The BCG device is a constant voltage and constant current battery charger suitable for lead-acid batteries.

- Charging Current: Adjustable from 20% to 100% of the rated value.
- Technology Switching technology for high efficiency and wide input range.
- Protection Includes alarms for “Low battery voltage”, “short circuit”, and “reverse battery”.
- Mounting DIN rail or vertical mounting.
3. Signalling (LED Description)
- LED ON (Green) Power is supplied to the charger.
- LED CHG (Yellow) Charging current is higher than 30% of the set value.
- LED ALA (Red) Alarm condition (Overload or short circuit).
- LED REV (Red) Battery connection is inverted (Reverse polarity).

5. Connections
- Keep the distance between the charger and battery as short as possible.
- Use cables of the correct size to avoid voltage drops.
- Connect battery poles directly to the battery and not through other devices.
- Verify the REV LED is off before powering on.
- Install a fuse at the battery charger output terminals.
